Time frame for order completion

Im working as quickly as possible but i am a one man show and make everything by hand so please allow 7 - 15 days to process your order (this does not include shipping times) Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I’m currently trying to fulfill all orders as quickly as I can,.

You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched. 

Estimated shipping times based on location:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your order, as most purchases are hand made and need time to be produced.

United States : Fully tracked: 2 - 9 business days

Canada: Fully tracked: 1 - 5 business days

Pick up orders: Pick up is available for people living in the GREAter toronto are. If you select to have your order picked up, please keep an eye out for an email to confirm a time and date of convenience to pick up your order. All Pick up orders will be made at the Brampton location

European shipments: 7-10 days

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order as I start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact me at info@gerdacreates.com and I'll do my best!

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number if available. 

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

Please ensure that the shipping address you’ve entered is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. If Address needs to be changed contact me before your package is delivered, once it has left my studio i have no control over address adjustments, and you will be charged for re-delivery

Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me.
